Extract: Laura Oldfield Ford's drawings use a variety of different motifs that reflect on the urban landscape. often beginning with the idea of the walk, the artist engages with cities in a psycho-geographic investigation, creating narratives that float between past, present and future. Informed by her involvement in politics, research and exploration of the street, she has produced a site-based project looking at a number of places of architectural and social interest from the past and present, taking in Bristol's history of cultural regeneration, gentrification and civil unrest.

There are nine posters placed at sites around the centre of Bristol, as well as Arnolfini's Reading Room. To accompany the exhibition is a launch/walk with Laura Oldfield Ford on 1 Feb and a walking tour of the poster sites with urban archaeologist James Dixon.
