“Founded in 1984 by Tom Hewlett, Portland Gallery is one of London's leading Art Galleries dealing in Modern British and Contemporary paintings. A particular specialisation is the work of the Scottish Colourists, Peploe, Cadell, Hunter and Fergusson.
